What is a UCR Certificate?
Upon paying the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) fee for the corresponding year, a the payor is given UCR certificate copy which essentially the receipt from UCR. This certificate / receipt is auto generated by the system every time you register or edit your UCR.

Why do I need a UCR Certificate?
You may need a copy of your latest UCR Certificate to keep for your records, place it in every Commercial Motor Vehicle and for Compliance Audits.

Please note, if you have not registered for the corresponding year, UCR certificate won’t be available. Please make sure to register for UCR by visiting the UCR Registration page.
